Recently, I have noticed this recipe EVERYWHERE. I believe it is because using a low-calorie, highly healthy vegetable instead of high-carb rice makes a very healthy side dish.
1)Pulse a large head of cauliflower in a food processor until the cauliflower resembles rice grains.
2)Blend one white onion and mix it into the cauliflower. Add some curry powder and salt to taste.
3)Cover a microwave-proof bowl with the 'rice' in it with cling film and microwave for four minutes, until tender.
So . . . I've been away for slightly less then a year now. I am now 12 years old rather than 11. That happened on September the Seventh. Oh! I started secondary school too!
Since I stopped blogging I have been cooking, just not recording it. That is unacceptable, I know so I am trying to win back page views by creating publishes that will be about food and anything you recommend.
P.S: I was unable to pick a winner of my writing challenge due to the lack of entries.
P.P.S: I am severely lacking comments so please comment or enter my challenges or even just pick something in one of my polls! I genuinely do take notice of people looking and reading and taking notice of my blog.
